• Covers are engineered rubber layers applied on top & bottom of the carcass of conveyor belt.
• A specific cover formulation used in an individual belt construction is determined by the material to be carried and the environment in which the belt will operate
(like temperature etc).
• The Covers can be manufactured with texture or profiles to prevent roll back of material in case of higher inclination.
• The carcass is the core of a conveyor belt and is the main load bearing component. The combined fabric reinforcement usually found inside of a conveyor belt is normally referred to as the "Carcass".
• Provides Tensile Strength necessary to move the loaded belt.
• Absorbs the impact of the impinging material being loaded onto the Conveyor Belt.
• Provides the bulk and lateral Stiffness required for the load support.
• Provides adequate strength for both mechanical joints & hot/cold splicing.
• Skim Rubber is a thin layer made with specially engineered polymer grades & chemicals with high adhesion properties to provide excellent bonding strength between skim & fabric plies & between skim inter layers along the length & across the width of the belt.
• Our stock belts offer application specific properties like resistance to heat, fire, oil & chemical while maintaining the excellent bonding properties which are utmost important for a carcass to perform its function.
• Fabric is one of the most critical components used in the manufacturing of a textile conveyor belt.
• We procure high quality textile fabric conveyor belts from only reputed manufacturers, who have a proven track record to deliver high performance high quality conveyor belt textile fabrics.
• Our Quality checks ensures that the sourced fabric has important properties such as Strength, Elongation, Load Bearing Capacity, Flexibility, Troughability, Impact Resistance, Dimensional Stability and Transverse Stiffness depending upon the quality and construction of the fabric being used in the manufacturing of a conveyor belt.
NN (NYLON NYLON CARCASS)
- Have Nylon 6 in warp and Nylon 6 in weft.
- High Strength and Good resistance to abrasion, fatigue and impact.
- Less moisture absorption as compared to cotton.
- High Elongation as compared to EP carcass.
PP (POLYAMIDE POLYMIDE CARCASS)
- Have Nylon 66 in warp and Nylon 66 in weft.
- High Strength and Superior resistance to abrasion, fatigue and impact.
- Excellent resistant to heat and Less moisture absorption as compared to cotton.
- High Elongation as compared to EP carcass.
EP (POLYESTER NYLON OR POLYESTER POLYMIDE CARCASS)
- Have Polyester in warp and Nylon 66 in weft.
- Low Elongation as compared to NN & Cotton Fabric.
- Exceptionally good abrasion and fatigue resistance.
- Extremely low moisture absorption - consequently good dimensional stability.
- High strength.
- Unaffected by mildew.
EE (POLYESTER POLYESTER CARCASS)
- Have Polyester in warp and Nylon 66 in weft.
- Low Elongation as compared to NN & Cotton Fabric.
- Exceptionally good abrasion and fatigue resistance.
- Extremely low moisture absorption - consequently good dimensional stability.
- High strength.
- Unaffected by mildew.
• Bottom Rubber Cover has good abrasion resistance as it is this part of the belt which is in constant contact with the drive pulley to transmit the power to the belt.
• Bottom Rubber Cover also comes in specially formulated Low Rolling Resistant property which helps in lower consumption of power/energy required to run a belt on a system.
